Member Profile and Contact Information Form

With this form you can submit information as an applying member or provide updates to your organization's member profile on the UArctic website.

Contacts and Roles: For security reasons we only allow members to view their contact persons and their UArctic roles on this form. To add or make changes to your institution's contacts and their information, please email the UArctic International Secretariat. For information on how your institution's contact information is used, click here.

 

New Member Applicants: Before filling in this form, please review the Membership Application Process Guidelines, and try to collect all the needed information (listed in the guidelines).

Current Members: Please review your institution's information on this form, edit as needed, and submit the changes to update your member profile online. To add or change any photos or videos in your member profile, email the Secretariat.

Note that any new information will go through an approval process and can take up to 24 hours to be visible on the website.

Description

Submit a profile text for your institution. It should be a short description/overview of your organization for external audiences, and also suitable for international institutional marketing and student recruitment.

Maximum length: 300 words

Strategic/Thematic Focus Areas

Please submit a bullet-point list of 3-5 focus areas. These are institution-level strategic themes or areas of specialization, priorities, areas of excellence, etc. - not departments, institutes, faculties, fields of study or disciplines.

Example of focus areas:

  • Service design
  • Northern wellbeing and changing work
  • Sustainable development, law and equity

Fields of Study

For higher education institutions only.

Submit a list of available fields of study which will serve as an overview of the educational opportunities at your institution.

The fields are defined by the ISCED (International Standard Classification of Education) 97/2011 index. For more details, see the ISCED classification pages.

Please make sure that there is a person assigned for at least the roles of Head of Institution, Representative and Alternate on the Council/Assembly of UArctic, and membership fee contact.
