* All member representatives will be contacted directly (by e-mail) during each stage of the meeting preparation process. To see who the representatives are for a given member institution, go to the Member Profile page and select the country and the member in question. The member representatives are listed under Contract information (on the right).

** During the 22nd Council meeting, members supported the proposal endorsing the establishment of a UArctic legal entity in the form of a non-profit association under the laws of Finland. As a result, and in accordance with the new UArctic Constitution, as of January 1, 2020 members of UArctic (as a whole) are represented as the Assembly of UArctic (previously the Council of UArctic), and in the future the annual membership meeting will be known as a Meeting of the Assembly (previously known as Meetings of the Council). For a full overview on the background and what UArctic’s transition to a legal non-profit association means for the organization and our members, browse the UArctic legal entity – General FAQ.
