The first article presents one of the UArctic offices, the International Secretariat, and its employees and their activities. The second article is an interview with a representative of the Thematic Network on Social Work, sharing her experiences of cooperation within this Thematic Network and telling about the benefits of participation in the network as a researcher. The third article informs about the promotional advantages offered by the UArctic website in English and Russian.
Russian UArctic members now have the possibility to read about UArctic partners' activities, new study offerings and other important events in the Russian language. This will promote our diverse and shared capacities and help to achieve one of UArctic strategic goals – an engaged membership network.
The UArctic Russian Newsletter is published regularly, each issue providing information for our Russian members and other Russian-speakers about UArctic's activites and organization.
