The interdisciplinary PhD programme organised by DurhamARCTIC (the Durham Arctic Research Centre for Training and Interdisciplinary Collaboration) will be holding its first annual ‘Summer School’, 25-28 April 2019, in Durham, England.

Safety in Extreme Environments is an international peer-reviewed journal which provides an interdisciplinary platform for safety related aspects of human activity in extreme environments.  




The ICE LAW Project is holding its final conference April 25-27, 2019 in Durham, UK. The UArctic Thematic Network on Arctic Law, along with Leverhulme Trust sponsors the conference. The deadline for abstracts is January 15, 2019.

The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) and the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA) are co-organising the 7th ASEF Students' Forum (#ARC7). The conference will take place May 11-14, 2019 in Bucharest, Romania.
