All members are represented in the UArctic Assembly, which oversees the development and direction of our organization. UArctic Assembly (previously known as UArctic Council Meeting 2001-2019) also serve as a forum of consultation, networking and cooperation between all members. The UArctic Assembly meets once per year, with meetings hosted by UArctic member(s).

The 2023 UArctic Assembly will be held on 22-26 May 2023 in Quebec City, Canada. The meeting is hosted by Université Laval.
