The Arctic Frontiers Science Committees invite abstracts for Arctic Frontiers Science 2020. Arctic Frontiers 2020 will convene 26-30 January 2020, while Arctic Frontiers Science will run 28-30 January 2020, in Tromsø, Norway.  

Memorial University of Newfoundland's Dr. Trevor Bell and the SmartICE team have been recognized with a Governor General’s Innovation Award for their groundbreaking work on climate change adaptation.

Bringing a close to Finland's successful chairmanship of the Arctic Council, the Ministerial meeting in Rovaniemi on May 7 also highlighted the successful cooperation with UArctic on the Education priority during the chairmanship period.
